Upon further research, the meme originates from the web comic goats: the comic strip. I cannot vouch for the funniness of the comic, but I found the bumper sticker on a car at the mall and it made me laugh. Hopefully you also laughed. If you didn’t, you need to lighten up, or educate yourself to the Harry Potter reference.
